Packing For..
This week me and Harry are going to Manchester to see 5 Seconds of Summer *enter fangirl squeal* so I've spent the weekend writing down everything I need and packing it all, which I find strangely enjoyable, so I thought I'd share a few of my packing tips with you.
1. List everything you need - For starters, what's not satisfying about writing lists?! And secondly, by writing down everything you're going to need a couple of days before hand, you can go back to it just before you pack and right anything else down that you hadn't thought of before, before you forget something by packing straight away... if that makes sense...
2. Organise your packing - For example: hand luggage, clothes for each day, underwear, wash bag, etc. It makes it a lot easier to see what you've got rather than having a pile of everything mixed together and you can then pack your bag strategically with clothes at the bottom, underwear last, etc.
3. Roll your clothes - Rather than packing your clothes flat, roll them up. It saves space and prevents creases.
4. Take note of your luggage allowance - We're not flying, but if you are it's important that you know how much you're allowed to take. Luckily this is the 21st century so 'the worlds lightest suitcase' exists, and a lot of airlines don't weigh your hand luggage so you can stuff some stuff in there. Try to save space by taking outfits that can use the same item of clothing more than once.
5. Use every available space - If you're taking shoes in your bag, use the insides of them to store items in, also, leave the smallest, most flexible items such as jewellery, underwear and socks till last so that you can fit them into any gaps between bigger items.
6. Don't pack anything unnecessary - Before you put everything in your bag, look through it all and think "do I really need this?". Things such as maps and guides can be found on mobile apps, some items of clothing can be used in more than one outfit, do you really want to take the risk of taking expensive items such as your GHD straighteners and hair dryer set? Don't forget you need that extra space for all of those things you're going to buy!!
Do you enjoy packing and travelling as much I do? Do you have any more tips to add?

For my birthday last week, me and Harry went to spend a little bit of my birthday money and I got these few bits. I was trying to keep summer in mind although it was pissing down with rain outside, but I think I succeeded!
- Coaster - Sass & Belle has become one of my favourite shops for cute bits and pieces and I just had to get this coaster as soon as I saw it.
- Boyfriend t-shirt - I haven't been in Hollister for a very long time, because I grew out of the whole 'logo' phase, but this top caught my eye. For one, it's stripy, and it's also perfect for the Spring/Summer transition as you can dress it up with a leather jacket when it's colder but it's loose and slouchy for when it gets a bit warmer. You wouldn't even think it was from Hollister.
- Crochet top - I've had my eye on this top for a very long time, but I'd just needed a little bit more money. It's so so pretty and then I found the red one and I couldn't make my mind up but the lemon works so much better with my skin tone.
- Playsuit - I brought a playsuit in the same style of this last year in a daisy print. It's just a casual playsuit with a criss-cross strapping on the back, it's so comfy and I love the whole monochrome/symmetrical pattern. You could even dress it up with tights and a jacket when it's a bit colder.

The Blogger Made Me Buy It...
Lily Mae pointed flats - Asos - £20
So about a month ago Lily Melrose uploaded an Asos haul and these gorgeous feet hugging creatures were featured. 5 minutes later they were in my 'saved' tab and a couple of days later, in a moment (or a few hours) of procrastination, they were ordered. I am in love and I'm not afraid to say it. They're a shoe must have this season, perfect for Paris and at £20 they're a bloody good bargain too!
I'm sorry but... the blogger made me buy it...

February Haul
First thing first, I would like to apologise on behalf of my second picture. Blogger has decided it doesn't want to copy and paste so I've had to go through the whole screenshotting/cropping scenario and I'm really not happy but we'll have to deal with it.
Moving on, over the last couple of weeks I've been doing a spot of shopping as you can see. I did a fair sized Topshop shop and thinking about it now I don't really need so many tops but Topshop is doing it well right now. I brought the black scallop tee though because I need some more basics that aren't vest tops or tight, so there was a reason behind that one, I promise!
I also brought this faux leather tote from Forever 21 because I needed a new bag for college as my folders keep getting bigger and bigger... why is it so hard to find a decent sized bag nowadays?! It took 3 hours of walking up and down Oxford Street to find this. I also brought this top from Pull and Bear because a wise Lily Melrose once said "every girl should have something striped" and it's just the perfect top to put over jeans or leggings because it's loose and such a good transition for spring/summer.
