Manchester Day 1 - Travelling & Media City UK

If the title didn't give it away, I went to Manchester with the family on Monday. The first day was probably the best because it was the only day the sun came out and everything we did, I actually had an interest in. It was a very public transport involved day. We got the train up to Euston, London and then a Virgin train from Euston to Machester.

We then went to our Premier Inn before getting a tram to Media City in Salford Quay. Honestly, this place is just me all over. There's an outlet mall, resturants (including Nando's), amazing modern achitecture and the ITV and BBC studios. I'm going to try and come back up or go to London in the near future and have a tour because me and dad peeked through the window of the BBC Sport recording studio and it was so facinating. They also have the Salford University which, in that area, specialises in media, so maybe in a few years I might find myself up there more often.

If you're looking for things to do in Manchester I'd recommend going to check of the Quay and Media City because it's so clean and friendly and there's honestly something for everyone and it's so easy to get to.
